The formulations have not been changed and all products are still suitable for sensitive skin. We have changed the pack sizes in line with market trends and modernised the pack design to improve standout on the supermarket shelf, but still keeping the things that consumers told us they liked about the packaging.

Surcare laundry products are suitable for use on mixed fibres, but for delicate pure wools and silks we would always recommend that a specific wool/delicates approved product be used.

Yes, Just like other non-bio detergents and fabric conditioners, our products don’t contain enzymes which can irritate sensitive or eczema-prone skin. But unlike other products, ours are also free from fragrances, dyes and acids – unnecessary ingredients that aren’t needed to get your baby’s clothes outstandingly clean.

All Surcare products are independently dermatologically tested and approved – so you can be free from worrying about upsetting your baby’s delicate skin.

The Surcare range is specially formulated to wash and condition clothes, towels, bedding etc for people with more sensitive skin. Surcare is non biological (so does not contain enzymes) and free from any dyes, perfumes and acids.  All other ingredients are specially selected to be suitable for sensitive skin.

Surcare fabric conditioner and Surcare washing up liquid contains preservatives (see products sections for details). Surcare laundry liquid, capsules and powder do not contain preservatives.

A. Optical Brightener is an ingredient commonly used in many laundry detergents; its purpose is to make white coloured garments appear whiter and brighter.

Surcare laundry liquid bottle and cap are both recycable, please use the correct bins provided by your council to recycle the product.

Surcare washing up liquid bottle is recyclable, the cap is recyclable however we advise you check with your local council before recycling the cap.

Surcare fabric conditioner bottle is recyclable, however the cap is not recyclable therefore needs to be disposed of with your general waste.

Surcare laundry capsules are mixed plastic and therefore are non-recyclable, please dispose of them in your general waste bin.

Surcare laundry powder packaging is fully recyclable, please use the correct bins provided by your council to recycle the product.

No, the Surcare range is completely free from Parabens.

Yes, all except for our fabric conditioner which contains esterquat.
